Many of these tests were first built and tested mostly on men. They often miss autistic women, non-binary people, and anyone who learned to hide how they think and feel. If you answer one optional question, we can point you toward tests that might fit your experience best. You can take any test at any time regardless.

PAQ
24-item measure of alexithymia (difficulty identifying and describing emotions), covering both positive and negative affect. Widely validated in autistic adults.

6-item WHO-validated screener for adult ADHD. Covers inattentive and hyperactive-impulsive presentations. Quick and clinically validated.

42-item sensory sensitivity measure across 7 modalities. Validated in adults.

Developed directly with autistic adults to measure autistic burnout specifically.

Autism Spectrum Quotient
AQ
Measures autistic traits across five domains: social skill, attention switching, attention to detail, communication, and imagination. 50 questions. Widely used; developed primarily with male university students.
